2) What areas do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver in and around Phoenix, Arizona. More zones coming soon.

3) What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders above $49. A nominal fee applies for lower-value orders.

4) What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 3 PM are delivered same day. Others are delivered the next day.

5) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

6) How can I return an item?

Visit your order history in the app or call customer support to schedule a return pickup. See our return policy for timeframes.

7) How do I track my order?

Track your order live from the "My Orders" section in the app or website.

8) What if an item is missing or wrong in my order?

Contact customer support within 24 hours. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund.

9) Are your vegetables and fruits washed?

We deliver farm-fresh produce. You are advised to wash them before consumption.
