Refund and Return Policy

At MyJmart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and return policies are as follows:

1) Return Windows

• Fresh Produce Vegetables: Return allowed same day of delivery with valid reason.
• Packaged Grocery Items: Return within 7 days of purchase.
• Electronics Kitchen Appliances: Return within 15 days, with all original accessories and packaging.

2) Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• A valid receipt or invoice is required.
• Opened or consumed products are not eligible (except in case of spoilage).

3) Refund Process

• Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after pickup and product inspection.
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet as per your choice.

4) Exceptions

• Perishable goods returned after the same day.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
