• These terms apply to all users of the platform including customers, vendors, and visitors.

2) User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with the app or website functionality.

3) Orders Payments

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if the item has been shipped or delivered.

4) Delivery

• Deliveries are subject to location, availability, and logistics.
• MyJmart is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

5) Returns Refunds

• Fresh produce and vegetables can be returned on the same day of delivery.
• Packaged grocery items can be returned within 7 days.
• Electronic and kitchen items can be returned within 15 days.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging for returns.

6) Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, images, and design on the MyJmart platform are the property of MyJmart and protected by applicable copyright laws.

7) Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, USA.
